Feedback
Nestled near Lanyon Place Train Station, the restaurant boasts stunning decor and a pleasant ambience, making it a visually appealing destination. However, the experience is marred by inconsistent service, with staff often appearing overwhelmed and inattentive, leading to long waits for food and drinks. While the menu features a range of dishes, including some deep-fried options, the flavor often disappoints. Patrons note that prices for drinks are on the higher side, which may deter potential visitors. Despite its charm, guests feel improvements in service and menu quality are necessary for a truly enjoyable experience.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious. The bar was quiet enough for New Year’s Eve, but it lacked a vibrant atmosphere.
We didn’t receive any acknowledgment of our reservation, and we were not disturbed during our meal. However, the menu options were quite limited, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff. The wait times were not ideal.
We made a reservation through OpenTable, but when we arrived, the restaurant seemed unaware of our booking. They eventually seated us at the back. Although the place was busy, the service was extremely slow; we ended up waiting an hour for our food. The manager acknowledged the delay and even removed a meal from our bill. When the food finally arrived, it was average and somewhat cold. Additionally, the restaurant is advertised as a cocktail bar, but they were unable to make an espresso martini or a classic daiquiri due to a lack of ingredients, which was surprising for a Saturday night. Overall, we probably won’t be returning.
The well-occupied area was disorganized and no one interested in us, a pre-booked couple. the menu offer was bad, strange, made and offered bad aromen and ridiculous bad worth. the initially pleasant atmosphere was roughly broken by loud hitting unnecessary carols and music. we will not be back.
I booked a table through open table and viewed the menu. When I arrived I had to wait ten minutes for a table which wasn't the table I had requested in my booking. The menu was nothing like what I had viewed. The staff were inexperienced and overwhelmed. The bar was piled with dirty glasses. The food was deep fried and tasteless
