I also am not a fa... read more This wasn't my favorite bbq place. The bbq sauce was very thin, like water level runny, and the sweet mild sauce I ordered wasn't very sweet. I also am not a fan of the very red/orange bbq sauces, which is what they serve here. I also ordered a baked potato, which the one potato was considered as two sides because they're large, and I ordered it loaded. It was huge, bigger than my sandwich, so that was fine. However, it unfortunately had barely any cheese, bacon, or chives on it. I also didn't enjoy the baked beans as they weren't sweet either. The meat was good, but definitely wasn't spectacular enough for me to enjoy my visit considering everything else. All that being said, the service was great, and everyone was super nice. The prices were pretty good, too. I wouldn't go back just because I didn't love the flavor, but if any of the above sounds like something you'd enjoy, you'd probably like it.

While there we also witnessed a customer who had apparently placed a to go order and had waited for a long time. While she was speaking to (manager/owner? the woman started yelling at the customer and telling her she had posted the restaurant’s struggles on Facebook and everyone in the restaurant was also waiting. (The customer never raised her voice or appeared rude from what we could hear and see. We have ate at this restaurant for years but never again after what we witnessed.
