Made an online order. Arrived and parked in curbside but app would not let me check in. Went inside and waited 10 min for someone to come the counter. Explained the situation and they went to get manager on duty. Presented my receipt and she said my order was not in thier cue. Refused to make on the spot, put in new order without repayment by me, or any helpful suggestions. Was very rude and unprofessional. I won't be eating here again.

The meal was well presented, and burgers made extremely well. Like too many fast food restaurants, the service was slow, and people were standing around waiting for their meals. However, the servers were courteous, friendly, and apologetic for the wait. Chocolate shake was divinely yum. I wish Australian shakes tasted the same. Service: Takeaway
