No ketchup on a cheeseburger but everything else was okay, burger came out plain. No pickles or mustard on a mcdouble, burger came out with pickles and 90% of the ketchup was on the paper. We had already came back inside after going through the drive thru once because they'd forgotten an order of our fries so we weren't going back again. And it was a manager who handed it out the window and told me everything was there when I had asked but clearly it wasn't there or correct! Rang up correctly but made completely wrong! How hard is it to read a screen? Mornings are usually right but in the afternoon/evening the orders are always incorrect. Will just come for breakfast or order in the app from now on. Even when we tried doordashing it was wrong so it's clearly just poor management.

You can see the employees just standing there ignoring you drinking their own drinks, eating food while they stand there. Not a manager in sight. Food was hours old, dry, tasteless, and even though my order had no special requests, still got my order wrong. Lobby was cluttered, dirty, and all of the trash receptacles were completely full. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience.

Everyone kept getting their food we still... read more We went thru the drive-thru so we could order fast go home. We paid was asked to move up they would bring or meal out. Everyone kept getting their food we still waiting for our food, after everyone had gotten their food we still sat waiting. After 45 min. they bring out food saying sorry we forgot about you. Will never return there again, we been doing business with them for years, no way to treat your customers. On top of that some of our food was cold, not a good place to go if your in a hurry.

Fries weren’t even room temp so... read more Got there and WAITED for lunch to start. Got my food and I swear it was made yesterday. Only ketchup and no onions on my burger. Fries weren’t even room temp some were literally cold to the touch. Nothing was hot for ordering 9 minutes after lunch started. Waited in drive through and someone came after me in the other lane and was served first. Lady asked if I was using a code, I said yes, then I still had to wait another minute or 2. Then no one was at the window to pay! What a disaster.
