The staff sat around talking while there were 7 people waiting for their orders. Fast food that took 30 minutes to get cold and without napkins or condiments that were asked for. The wait was a bit lengthy, but the burger was definitely worth it. It looked even better than the ads or posters and tasted just as amazing as it appeared. It was truly an unforgettable burger. If I had been at a sit-down restaurant and paid twice the price, I would have been more than satisfied. Great job!
The food was good, but there was a bit of a delay in taking our order. It seemed like they were short-staffed and quite busy at the time, so I didn’t let it bother me.
I typically only write reviews when I have negative experiences, especially at fast food places, but I think I just had the best burger of my life here—and I've had plenty of burgers before. It was 1 PM on September 5, 2021, and Takilyah, my cashier, was incredibly sweet. This team deserves some recognition. The kitchen staff clearly knows their way around a good burger, and they seem to have a great sense of pride in their work.
