The staff sat around talking while there were 7 people waiting for their orders. Fast food that took 30 minutes to get cold and without napkins or condiments that were asked for. I typically only write reviews when I have negative experiences, especially at fast food places, but I think I just had the best burger of my life here—and I've had plenty of burgers before. It was 1 PM on September 5, 2021, and Takilyah, my cashier, was incredibly sweet. This team deserves some recognition. The kitchen staff clearly knows their way around a good burger, and they seem to have a great sense of pride in their work.
