Was Anonym at Sonic Drive-In a mag?
Tonight after work, I had laryngitis and really wanted to get some ice. I called the restaurant and the staff member went out of their way to take my order and bring it to me. They didn't act like it was an inconvenience. Thank you! View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Sonic Drive-In:
I love sonic, but I have to say. this place is hardly ever packed, but they would think they are because it takes them forever to answer the red summer. also takes her awhile to get it to them. I see how the car is running so slowly, but other Sonic drives break their neck practically to hurry and bring them to you. Just say. View all feedback.

Food has been cold last three visits. Things I've asked to be added on has been left off. I even used the sonic app to order ahead and put time of arrival. Food wasn't even ready. Food wasn't started till I got there. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after giving them 15 minute arrival time. So no use of ordering ahead that day. Quality of food hasn't been good like it use to be. So I haven't been back. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Food is overpriced and usually arrives cold or incompleteSweet tea is sometimes great, but sometimes so bad you can't drink it.

Orders are regularly incorrect and often rung up incorrectly resulting in being overcharged.

Great stop to breakfast, snack or dinner with friendly staff. one of the best sonic’s in the opposite to get hot dips and fresh drinks.

I was there today. I live 6 miles out of town, so turning around and going back when your order is NOT made how you ordered it, is NOT an option. Today I ordered a #2 value meal. I asked for NO pickles and to add grilled onions. The reason I can't have pickles right now is because due to Chemo pickles make me very sick. I can't just take them off and go ahead and eat it because the smell and juice is still present on the sandwich. So I couldn't eat my cheeseburger at all. I don't like to complain because I know how hard it is to get good help. People who actually care about the people they are serving. I love DeWitt Henry Dr Sonic. But the quality of food and just getting orders right has really gone down.

First of all I love sonic, but this trip was ridiculous. As everyone knows not all card readers in all the stalls work. When the car hop brings us our food we tell her that our card won 't run. She takes the card and frantically runs around to ring our order up. About 10 minutes, and several slurps of my strawberry shake, later she shows back up and says the computer is down. We tell her that we 'll run to an ATM really fast to withdraw the cash for our order. Rudely she replies ' I 'm gonna take

I just love Sonic. But, I gotta say. This place is barely ever packed but, you would think they are because it takes them forever to answer the red buzzer. Also, takes them awhile to get it to you. I see the car hops walking so slow but, other Sonic drive-ins they're practically breaking their neck to hurry and get it to you. Just sayin...

Very disappointed in this sonic for past year or more. Food is always wrong or looks thrown together and drinks or ice cream cups are never wiped off. Presentation and quality has just gone down hill. Seems worse in mornings and evenings. I don't tip anymore because of this.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster and tots with unsweet tea at this restaurant. The only thing that was correct was the tea. When I got home (15 miles away), I discovered an order of jalapeño cheese poppers in the bag instead. I called the manager and he offered to remake the order if I returned to the restaurant. However, he then made excuses about training a new person at the drive-thru window. If the training is so poor that mistakes like this are common, I can understand why there are issues. I would not recommend coming to this restaurant.
