Just like a small Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory ?! Very welcoming atmosphere the employees are very friendly. Their products are fairly priced, their selection will satisfy any sweet . My 89 year old mother and I were staying at the lovely Chancellor 's House B B in Bedford and she insisted on a chocolate ice cream sundae. I went to Rita 's Italian Ice Frozen Custard shop because it was the closest. Boy did I luck out! Both servers were extremely gracious and patient trying to discern my order. They led me through a myriad of flavors and toppings for both our orders. The result was my mother explaining it was the absolute best sundae I 've ever had in my life! My cookies and cream custard was also delish. Bravo Rita 's!
