Our waitress was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. We enjoyed excellent wine, delicious mushroom appetizers, and outstanding entrées—scallops over risotto and seared ahi tuna on sticky rice. Both dishes were exceptional! For dessert, we shared a S’mores Parfait that was light, airy, and the perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, this is one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Chef Nick and Sara clearly put a lot of care into the quality of their charming restaurant, as well as the incredible food and service it offers.

We spontaneously chose this spot for dinner while traveling from DC to Ohio. The service was fast, and the mussels, scallops, and pasta were all superb! We loved seeing the owners actively working and engaging with guests. We only wish this gem was closer to home so we could visit more frequently!

While the prepared dishes were enjoyable, the desserts seemed to be store-bought rather than made in-house. The owner was very friendly, but the décor was lacking. In the end, we tried to make the most of a less-than-ideal choice and enjoyed what we could. Looking back on the experience, I felt somewhat taken advantage of. I understand wholesale food pricing and typical markups, but the cost here was far from reasonable considering the value. While I would recommend Bedford Springs, I cannot endorse this restaurant.

The owners of this restaurant have truly crafted the best dining experience we've ever had. Every year, our dinner here is exceptional! We expressed our intention to return every July, and we are committed to keeping that promise!
