Panera Bread
Description
Panera Bread has garnered mixed reviews that reveal a range of experiences from patrons. While many appreciate the fresh baked goods and hearty soup options, others highlight issues such as order inaccuracies, overpriced menu items, and inconsistent food quality. Ambiance tends to be acceptable, though cleanliness and seating conditions are often criticized. Service experiences vary; some customers enjoy helpful staff, while others face long waits and limited assistance. Despite its popularity as a lunch spot for quick bites, the consensus suggests potential diners should be cautious, especially during peak hours. Overall, Panera embodies both comfort and inconsistency.

Normally I wouldn’t review a singular bad experience like this. Been here multiple times during the day, when there are more than highschoolers scheduled and had a fine experience. I went with a friend last night at 7:30pm. After walking in, we wereboth ignored for at least five minutes by every staff member while waiting to order meanwhile they are all goofing off directlyin front of us. My sandwich I like isn’t available on the kiosk so I kept trying to get someone’s attention but they wouldlook at me, not even acknowledge or say “hey, just a minute!” Nothing. Then, another man came in and a girl walked rightover to him to take his order, to which I pointed out we had been waiting without so much as a word for awhile. If I’m paying$10+ for a sub-par sandwich I expect service to be at least minimum, not even a smile from anyone. Instead, the staff was alljust goofing around in front of us, nobody on the line was doing anything but talking to each other, and that one poor girlseemed like she was doing every job. I know the evening shifts are filled with high schoolers but a manager should have beenthere to actually manage the team because clearly this staff is incapable of being trusted to do their jobs. And I know a lotabout this place as I used to work in this exact location, I’ve never had a bad experience here since leaving years back untilthe last couple times. Oh, also just a small side note- I didn’t get my pickle with my sandwich even after requesting 2.Extremely disappointed. If a manager wants to talk to me, you are more than welcome to.

Easy place to sit and grab lunch. Their salads have really sugary dressing and are not calorie conscious. Salads greens not always great. Turkey and chicken sandwiches are good, but again not calorie conscious with the sauces. The food tastes good, but nutrition is not in focus despite what it might seem.
