She was extremely aggressive and refused to acknowledge the issue, insisting that the other three meatballs were hot while blaming us for wasting their food. I feel quite unfortunate because, with a 75% chance, I couldn't even get a properly cooked meatball this time.

Everything has been outstanding. We live in Manchester, where there are numerous sushi and Chinese restaurants closer to us, but we choose to drive a few extra minutes to Sun Shui because it's well worth it. They also serve fantastic drinks!

I don’t know if she just vanished or what happened, but there was no check-back, and we quickly ended up with empty drinks and no refills for most of our meal. We finished eating, and still no sign of our server. We literally had to flag down another staff member who kept ignoring us since we weren't her table, just to get our bill. Even then, she seemed annoyed that I dared to ask where our server was.
