It has been sometime since i had a real meals at Landmark altho I have eaten there for 60 years. All has changed for better, by far. Most entres are price $9 to $15 most w/ 2 sides. Clams were cooked just right. Hamburger steak on TUesdays a great bargain and tasty. Companions had sandwiches, all good, perfectly cooked. More than decent size helpings . If you came from 1009 where they serve starvation rations you can... View all feedback.
What Chris Sampson doesn't like about Landmark:
Used to be a good diner to go to then they went downhill slow service food being delivered food cold, and very few of the waitresses our friendly can't say much more than that View all feedback.
Ok first off love the environment.. old school type diner style. Waitress was very nice good service. The food was a mixed bag. The liver and onions was AWESOME... the mashed potatoes left a horrible after taste in your mouth. The gravy is from a packet. The one parker house roll that came with it was older than god. It wasnt warmed and was musty tasting. The butter spread is almost sweet tastes nothing like butter. The cole slaw and the sodas and ice tea were musty. My granddaughter had a blt and a side of mashies with gravy her fav! The mashies like i said left a strange aftertaste in her mouth. The blt was the size of a PB&J sandwich. If they would maybe santize their soda machines and maybe try a different butter substitute maybe add some fresh baked rolls and heaven help them change their boxed mash potatoes I would basically make it my fav place to go. I think the main draw is their breakfasts..I saw peoples plates that had ordered them.. THEY LOOKED AMAZING!!!
Food was good. The service was fast and amazing. The fish was huge and amazing. The chicken fingers were good.
Phenomenal little place to stop , mw and my wife pulled off the turnpike on the bike and stopped here for lunch. Some of the best fried fish I've ever had as well as chicken tenders were delicious. The Cole slaw was stellar and the onion rings and French fries exceeded my expectations. Great service and it was a friendly good community.
Normally we would go there for breakfast which usually is fine, last Friday we went for dinner. My wife had a turkey club sandwich which contained one slab of turkey?? I had a Reuben sandwich which was really disappointing, I mean it tasted fine but the whole sandwich was like 3/4 inch thick, I mean really?
A genuine blast to the past. If you're craving a bit of 1991 you're in luck. The Landmark has original real deal late 80's early 90's decor. I wouldn't be surprised to see Balki, Blossom, and Kimmy Gibbler enjoying a meal together while ALF searches for a tasty cat. Food was yummy, good prices, and generous portions but they do not serve cat Sorry ALF.
