I managed to get a refund for the burned pizza, but I won’t be ordering from here again.

The service was the worst I have e... read more I expected a decent experience based on the Google rating of 4.3, but I was mistaken! If I could, I would give it zero stars. The service was the worst I have ever encountered. We had to ask for water three times before we finally received it. The server claimed she was busy with phone calls, yet my partner saw her go behind the counter three times and she wasn't even on the phone. The wings and ribs were so dry that they were difficult to chew. It was incredibly disappointing, and the high bill only added to the frustration. I will never return.

One or two occasions when the quality wasn't as good like pizza was undercooked once and deep fried pickles were soggy but it's typically really good food for a good price. Large menu with a significant amount of choice.
