My husban... read more My husband and I came to Chartier for brunch today for the first time and it is definitely safe to say that it was the best brunch we have had by far! My husband had the Eggs Donovan and I had their Sugar Shack back bacon benny so SO good! Oh, and their French Canadian coffee is a must try! ? The service was just as amazing, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back ?

B... read more Tasteful without being overly fancy. Just rustic enough to feel appropriate for Edmonton (and indeed, Alberta), yet the right touches to keep the French feel. Breakfast poutine was perhaps a bit of too limited bit of the menu to give a proper evaluation of Chartier, but with plentiful sliced bacon pieces and a tasty egg... yum! Dessert was a bit overly sweet, but might have gone well with coffee or tea. Service was excellent and the kitchen was surprisingly quick. Worth coming back to.
