When I actually go to the store after 10pm I?m actually scared, I?m the only white person and the music is blaring! In fact 3 times I went there after 10pm and the music was way too loud.
I love Wawa?but I never thought I would have to check my soup before leaving the store. I?m literally paying for a bowl of flavored broth. Change the selection from soup to broth if that?s what you?re serving! I?m fed up with the skimpy bowls of soupno matter size I order. Dreadful? absolutely dreadful.
I had to revise my original 5 star review of this WAWA store. As a loyal customer of WAWA, whether in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland...even in Florida, whenever I see a WAWA store, I can't help but go there because I love WAWA. In this WAWAstore today, the impatience was directly shown to the customer. Maybe her life or work was not going well, which led to herimpatience. But you can't bring this emotion to the face of customers. As a loyal customer of WAWA for more than ten years,this is the first time I have encountered such a clerk! If Google Map has negative five stars, I will not hesitate to givenegative five stars to the clerk of this store.
We went in last night around 9pm, and I gotta say, it makes me wanna go back to only this location from now on for a sandwich. I don 't order cheese or spreads so I always face the danger of weak sandwiches, but that was definitely not thecase. Not only did the associate come around from behind the deli to help me figure out how to add more than 3 toppings to mysandwich (weird setting when it 's not a hoagie for dome reason) but he REALLY gave me a lump of lettuce like I asked, and Icould taste pickles in each bite..... that 's how you know they actually made a good sandwich and respected my directionslol. Thanks so much rrrrrrrrrg ... *another visit today, order #994 3:57pm Sun 07/10...... all was great except????????????no bacon or avocado like I paid for???????????? I understand it 's hoagie fest, but there are ways to go aboutrunning out of product (aside from making sure to order way more than enough) and failing to offer a refund/having the customerpay and then not get the goods is not a good option. I 'm hoping they will make me a new one the next time I come because Ihaven 't given up on this location..... yet.
