Chick-fil-a - Bear

Love is in the air! The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch. I had a terrible experience at Papa John's earlier today, waiting on the street for 20 minutes while dealing with rude staff. Needless to say, I was upset. However, I always receive better treatment here. The staff are incredibly friendly, even if you can't see their smiles behind the masks. They make sure your order is accurate and everything runs smoothly. Visiting this restaurant always improves my mood and calms me down before heading home.

I only really enjoy the sandwich I always order at this restaurant. The rest of the food is average, but what sets this place apart is the employees and their incredible work ethic. Even on a bad day, ordering just one item with honey mustard will make you feel appreciated for coming in. This restaurant truly has a great team.

I recently ordered food from this restaurant through the drive-thru and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. They forgot to include my fries in the bag before I left. When I got home and opened the Mac and cheese I ordered, it turned out to be just cheese soup without any macaroni. I usually give this place a 5-star rating for their fast and efficient service, but this time they disappointed me and I would have to give them a 4-star rating. It was quite disappointing.

You're always so kind. You always have a smile and a quick service. Actually, the lines are crazy all the time. Order is always right, and if they make a mistake, they will fix it and remain polite. Just do not block the traffic in the game leaving a lil’ room so that passing cars get thru.

During this time you can still not enter the building. They have their extra large drive through set up, and had atleast 4 extra people out there taking orders. So it runs smooth enough. The only issue was the collection window. It bottle necks. And if the first car in has to wait.... everyone has to wait. Got my order and waited almost 5min (might of been less, but felt like alot more) for the first car to get their food so they would leave; then allowing the 5 cars behind it, that already had food, to leave. So thats why my experience is a 4 not a 5. But its a chick fil a... by know you should know what to expect.
