Unfortunately, my mozzarella sticks were completely missing, and even though I requested no mayo, it was on my burger. The fries I received didn't match what I was expecting from the pictures. Plus, my burger (without the mayo) was overcooked. It feels like when you order through DoorDash, they don't pay as much attention to special requests. I never encounter these issues when I order directly from the restaurant.

However, the food isn't anything special, aside from the wings—they're definitely a highlight. I was initially thinking of giving it three stars, but our server, Cody, was outstanding. He was fast and very attentive, so if you go to this Buffalo Wild Wings, make sure to request him!

He made it a point to check in with nearly every table to ensure everything was satisfactory. Our server was also very attentive, which contributed to our overall fantastic experience. I specifically requested them to be extra wet, but they arrived so dry that my friends at the table even offered me some of their sauce to help out. As a loyal Buffalo Wild Wings customer for 10 years, I've never encountered anything like this before. While the server was clearly doing her best on a busy night, the wings just didn't meet the mark. I even took a photo of how dry and shriveled they looked, but I couldn't bring myself to share it. I sincerely hope the kitchen staff never serves wings like that again. They appeared to be either overcooked or left out for too long. It's hard to believe that a wing restaurant could mess up wings this badly. They were tough and extremely dry. It's shocking to see how much this location has declined over the past year, and judging by recent reviews, it seems this has become a recurring issue.

Previously, we faced issues such as long wait times, unprocessed orders, incorrect items, and the need to repeatedly ask for sides we had already ordered. Although things have been gradually improving, this visit truly stood out with notable enhancements in service, food quality, and timing. The manager even approached us to make sure my husband didn’t need anything. Perhaps there’s a new management team in place? Whatever they’re doing, it’s clearly making a difference!
