They strictly follow Covid-19 guidelines, ensuring all tables are sanitized after each guest. The restrooms are consistently clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Alex, the manager on duty, was outstanding and made sure we knew to reach out if we needed anything. Overall, it’s a great place to eat!

The banana bread was cold, and the eggs were overcook... read more There were five of us dining at Bob Evans, and unfortunately, all the food from the menu arrived lukewarm. The banana bread was cold, and the eggs were overcooked and also cold. To make matters worse, my first plate had a hair on it. When I pointed it out to the waitress, she seemed to assume it was mine. They replaced the plate, but it was just as cold as the first. I also noticed other tables complaining about their meals. The manager seemed unsure how to handle the situation. Although we received a discount, everyone still left feeling hungry. I won’t be returning to Bob Evans.

Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and was under-seasoned. Both the potatoes and chicken breasts were very bland. On the bright side, the cinnamon biscuits were delicious—crispy on the outside and soft inside.

When my first plat... read more There were five of us at the table, and all the food arrived lukewarm. The banana bread was cold, and the eggs were overcooked and also cold. When my first plate came out, there was a hair on it in plain sight. When I brought this to the waitress's attention, she looked at the hair as if it were mine. She replaced it with another plate that was cold as well. While we were there, we also heard other tables complaining about their food. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The manager didn’t seem to know what to do to resolve the issues. We did receive a discount, but everyone left still hungry. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
