Was Kathryn E Johnson at Tbsp a mag?
Melbourne locals visiting Perth first place we went to after arriving at the airport. Cannot say enough great things about tbsp. The food and coffee live up to the hype. The coffee was prompt, smooth and very tasty. The food was exceptional. Flavours were so good and generous portions. View all feedback.

What Thi Thiều dislikes about Tbsp:
My partner loves this cafe, brings all his friends here since it's very in his style of hipster off the track cafe; However, I am celiac and have found that this cafe is unable to cater very well to me as I am limited food items on the menu. One is the beef brisket and the other being just eggs, I got the beef brisket this time and while it was very good, it seemed a bit out of place for a breakfast trip to this cafe... This cafe specialises in Brunch with a fusion of East meets West cuisine. The food is eclectic and tasty with choice that should appease most diners. The food ranges from eggs on taost, cooked three ways, chicken congee to brisket benedict. The coffee is excellent with a choice of beans, Columbian was my choice, and a couple of different production methods. The staff are efficient and friendly. A really popular eating place this is its only 'downside'. You cannot book so have to wait for a free table but this does not dampen enthusiasm for TBSP and a congenial atmosphere outside makes the waiting almost a pleasure. On a rainy winters day in Perth the atmosphere and food inside was warm and inviting. This will be a regular spot for coffee and/or brunch and while the coffee is not so cheap I think it is worth it.

Truly a hidden gem away from the city. This place offers really good food and the coffees are excellent too!

The food here is absolutely fantastic but the reason I gave it only a 3 star is because the drinks are so overpriced. Green matcha latte with soya milk $7.50 also a peony tea $7.00 also served in a glass cup, which made up for almost half the cost.

Busy, worth wait. Very good Asian style food and amazing coffee. Competent staff and very fast kitchen, considering how busy it was.

You will get a better than average cafe meal at tbsp. Creamy moist kale scrambled eggs, thoughtfully cooked for best pleasure...tender bacon...each of these can be served quite dry in busy cafes...so big up on quality.

Tbsp. is a trendy and well-maintained Korean cafe located in Bayswater on King William St, near the intersection of Whatley Crescent. The cafe operates on a walk-in basis, so when we visited on a Sunday morning at around 10am, we were able to be seated right away. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, with many dishes being traditional Australian breakfast items with an Asian influence.

The staff at this restaurant are very attentive and were able to easily cater to my father's dietary needs.

This restaurant deserves all the rave reviews it receives. It is a standout in Perth for Asian breakfast food. If you have any interest in Asian cuisine, you must come here. The chicken congee is consistently delicious, with just the right amount of spice and luxury. The kimchi fried rice is excellent, the cakes are amazing, and the coffee is always top-notch.

This has got to be my favourite cafe in Perth hands down. Amazing coffee, friendly staff and the best sweets! My favourite is the pandan oreo muffin. They do really cool flavours, (salted duck egg, yuzu, pandan donuts which I am yet still to try! . I also come here for my chill scrambled eggs fix (only place that makes it spicy .

This cafe has been on my list for ages and I’m so glad I finally got to make a trip this morning! There’s a bit of an Asian inspired/fusion concept to the menu which was fun and made everything sound really interesting. I ordered the zucchini and corn okonomiyaki and the serving size, flavours and every component of the dish worked very well together. My friend really enjoyed his french toast as well. Service was fine and the prices were what you’d expect, perhaps a little higher. All in all, I would return : 4.5 stars
