Surf's Out - Bay Shore

Not worth the ride. average food, underoccupied so that service was terrible/

Had a reservation and was made on a tiny deuce on the side next to a sliding door handle without air circulation. we left before the order as well as the couple sat next to us on the same side. we had dimmed here before and had a very good time when we sat on a 4-top as a couple that was not against the wall. after dinner in a restaurant next door we later went back to drink at the bar. my credit card was given to another man who used it to pay his bill, then he went with him. I had to cancel my card / report them stolen. the bar station was very apologetic, so not too annoyed.

The retaurant confirmed 2 open table reservations, 2 nights in order. when we arrived at both nights for dinner, the restaurant was closed. no call, no text, no e-mail, no night. I guess common courtesy and customer service are the past.

It's the only decent place on this part of FI, so you don't have too much of a choice in dining. It's not bad for what it is. Drinks are good.

The restaurant was not open when we arrived. Incredibly disappointing.
