2 minutes ago My son went to buy Us ices/ice cream from this location today, 8/8/19 after 6pm, the young girl made him PAY BEFORE SHE SERVED HIM!! I/We have been to Several Ralph Italian Ices stores/locations and this has NEVER EVER HAPPENED BEFORE!! I went inside because I couldn't believe the transaction that she did because I really wanted to pay cash instead of using my card she informed me, That's it Quicker that way. I had to let her know that I was there on Sunday and that isn't true and how dare she do that!!! PLEASE TEACH AND RETRAIN YOUR STAFF OF HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE EQUALLY AND FAIRLY NEVER ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!!!.

Ralph's is always bustling and spotlessly clean. What more can you ask for in a restaurant?
The young and friendly staff at this restaurant is always attentive. The ice cream is delicious and I'm hooked on it. I treat myself to it daily during the summer. You have to try it, you'll love it.
Good selection of ices as well as soft ice cream. As well as sugar free. I am a diabetic aka hard to resist all that good food. Open later in the day for that late night ceaving
I adore Ralph's ices for that classic summertime treat. I always treat my kids to sundaes with brownies.
