What User likes about The Family Hotel:
Had lunch with a friend here last week. W both had the $10 steak, salad and chip special. Both were cooked to perfection, salad was nice and chips was crunchy but soft inside. Ordered coffees, was a problem with order. One was delivered in good time, the second one was not delivered, when it was it was the wrong size. Eventually delivered the coffee but it was only just warm. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about The Family Hotel:
Put in order for 8 families 24hrs in advance so that we may prepare them for a large group and customers would not be hungry and waiting. The meal was suppose to be ready the very latest 9pm as their kitchen was closing. We arrived at 8.15pm and let them know and paid for our meals. We received our meals at 9.30pm and 9.40pm. The pub is very tired inside and the food was very common. My companions ordered a special curry that was so pale and tasteless when it was not possible.
