What Dax Stokes dislikes about B Town Bbq:
Very nice and cosy on a crisp night out. Fire was on keeping us warm. We had the mac.and cheese balls with cheesy Gravy, the Gravy was amazing! Had chicken and waffles and the brisket with cauliflower gratin and pickled veg. I asked if there was any onion in the gratin and there wasn't but there was in the pickled vwg in a jar. Hmmm when it came out it was a little underwhelming to look at. It came out not on a plate... View all feedback.
One of my favorite BBQ spots now has some serious competition! The food was fantastic; we ordered the butcher's platter for two and ended up sharing it among three of us, with leftovers to take home. The brisket was tender and delicious, although I would have liked a bit more smoky flavor— that's my only critique. The pulled pork was sweet and incredibly flavorful, while the ribs were outstanding. The chicken wings also received high praise. My second child had the pulled pork nachos, which were another great choice. The sides were enjoyable as well. If I could make a couple of suggestions, it would be to rename the Yorkshire puddings to "biscuits" if we're aiming for a Texas vibe and to include a little sweet BBQ sauce on the side of the platter for an extra touch.
I had a wonderful experience dining at this fantastic restaurant. The food was outstanding, and I can't express enough how exceptional the gentleman who served me was! I highly recommend this place.
I consider sandwiches to be my favorite type of food, and the Philly cheesesteak here is undoubtedly among the top two I've ever tasted. This place is truly outstanding—with an incredible beer selection, a fantastic atmosphere, and wonderful staff. I can't wait to return!
We went there for burgers and beer and that is exactly what we got. The burger was killer. Wine list could use a bit of extending but apart from that I can't complain!
We had the Butcher's Board between four of us. Food is amazing and great priced. Highly recommend
