B Town Bbq - Bathurst

Lovely restaurant, very tastefully decorated and the food is pretty good too. Would definitely come back when in Bathurst.

Great portions, delicious food, and a good selection of sides to choose from. The staff was really friendly and the service was quick and efficient. The décor at the place was cosy and well-styled.

Very nice and cosy on a crisp night out. Fire was on keeping us warm. We had the mac.and cheese balls with cheesy Gravy, the Gravy was amazing! Had chicken and waffles and the brisket with cauliflower gratin and pickled veg. I asked if there was any onion in the gratin and there wasn't but there was in the pickled vwg in a jar. Hmmm when it came out it was a little underwhelming to look at. It came out not on a plate but a metal tray, kinda weird but okay. The brisket was delicious ,could have gone for more but alas not for the price. Shared a apple crumble pie/tart which was very yummy.

The food is always good. Our waitress was obviously very new and we were a large group. She was quite nervous but we treated her with respect and patience and after our first round of drinks she relaxed a little and was enjoying serving our table. I always bring out of town visitors here as it really showcases what Bathurst has to offer.. I have never been disappointed.

Got takeaway..pretty high prices for tiny piece of brisket. One serving was delicious. Fall apart.. the other serving was not cooked long enough was dry and chewy..see pic.. the pieces on the right. Yuk.Side's were nice. Chips not that great. But the guy serving was really good. Professional and friendly.
