The food was fantastic; we ordered the butcher's platter for two and ended up sharing it among three of us, with leftovers to take home. The brisket was tender and delicious, although I would have liked a bit more smoky flavor— that's my only critique. The pulled pork was sweet and incredibly flavorful, while the ribs were outstanding. The chicken wings also received high praise. My second child had the pulled pork nachos, which were another great choice. The sides were enjoyable as well. If I could make a couple of suggestions, it would be to rename the Yorkshire puddings to "biscuits" if we're aiming for a Texas vibe and to include a little sweet BBQ sauce on the side of the platter for an extra touch.
