We’re advised by the system that there was a waiting list for the time we wanted added our names to the wait list, got called the next day (day of booking) that there was a table available. Arrived, fast, attentive and friendly service (seriously the staff member that looked after us, she was incredible, charming and knowledgeable). Food (chicken dinner and brisket) came out quickly and was so good we swapped plates at least 3 or 4 times. Cocktails were super tasty, and the owner was lovely as well (assume owner, guy with a great beard)... we’re from interstate but will be back ASAP!

The food, music, hospitality, and atmospher... read more Although takeaway is not available on Sundays, this restaurant is definitely worth the walk in the middle of winter. The food, music, hospitality, and atmosphere are all top-notch. Despite the challenge of keeping my young son from busting out a jazz funk dance during our meal, we had a fantastic dining experience and a great time. Thank you.

My husband devou... read more My husband and I went to Dogwood for dinner with our friends to try the 1.2kg cowboy steaks. It was an excellent evening, with fantastic staff. My husband devoured his steak in less than 10 minutes and received compliments from the staff, along with a free drink. This was our third visit to Dogwood, and the atmosphere is always great. We definitely plan on coming back again. I highly recommend Dogwood.
