I had to make a reservation, and when I arrived, I was escorted to my table by a waitress who seemed quite overwhelmed. While I could sense her enthusiasm, the level of service I expected from a well-regarded hotel was lacking. It felt like she was managing everything on her own, while the other two young servers primarily focused on clearing tables. I arrived at 7:00 AM, and while I anticipated delays, I didn't expect it to take 30 minutes for my breakfast to arrive. I was on a tight schedule and couldn't take the time to enjoy my meal as I had hoped. The food was good, but I was disappointed to not be offered any fruit juice or extra toast. Overall, my experience fell short of my expectations.

Only those who eat until the Christmas group of the woman came in, who were loud, but it removed the quiet and sometimes quite funny. until then zero atmosphere... read more Only those who eat until the Christmas group of the woman came in, who were loud, but it removed the quiet and sometimes quite funny. until then zero atmosphere. door to the outside remained open from the workers who immediately feel the room cold. different employees simply ask themselves backwards and forwards constantly. the staff was dressed very casually as if they had just left the street and did not look like they were working there. If we were not charged for a booking payment, we would have left before dinner. eating was ok, but very limited menu and the whole experience did not feel worth money and felt disappointed by us for so much for a meal and experience that was really nothing special and what hoped staff who waited for us though well, so can not mistake that

This was rectified very quickly by staff and the service was excellent.

Pretty room and interesting art.
