They are easy to talk to via... read more My go-to place for cheese gift boxes hampers. Service is excellent, Murray was a delight when i ordered a gift box for a birthday. They are easy to talk to via email and when there was a mistake in my order they were generous enough to offer a refund. Also, free delivery for orders above £20. Cheeses are amazing, some of the best we’ve tried.

Atmosphere felt a little flat, but that was mainly down to there only being a few customers present at 10am this was made more acute by the contrast with number of team members present (I counted at least half a dozen! . Coffee was pleasant, and the servers recommendation of pineapple and lime upside down cake was delicious. Service was non intrusive, and tailored questions led us to the choice of cake, if a little formal feeling. The price of the food and drink was reasonable, especially given the location in central Bath. The only (fairly big downside was the mandatory 10% service charge, which is probably why they can have so many team members on shift.

Philippe really saved us when we had a last minute wedding cheese disaster with 2 days to spare.. Philippe is very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. Cheese is reasonably priced, lots of variety and the shop is great with lots of choice for crackers, cheese ware and chutneys. Really recommend and can't thank Philippe enough!!

The menu was so tempting that I had difficulty choosing. of course was a feature, but there were many other possibilities. at the end I had the haloumi with roa... read more The menu was so tempting that I had difficulty choosing. of course was a feature, but there were many other possibilities. at the end I had the haloumi with roasted vegetables and rocket, recommended by a worker. my companions had sandwiches torn. the food was made fresh with high quality ingredients. we have washed our meals with freshly squeezed orange juice. delicious!
