We sat in the dining service area and each time we wanted to order anything we had to flag down a server and each time the server acted as though we were putting them out. We ordered wine with our dinner but it didn't come out until after our food came.

Despite b... read more We made a reservation to have a pre-Christmas meal for our daughter. The service was okay, but unfortunately, two of the three meals arrived lukewarm. Despite being hungry and waiting a while for the meals to arrive, we tried to enjoy them. However, my steak was extremely chewy and I had trouble swallowing it. Additionally, the onion bhaji was raw inside. This ultimately spoiled our overall dining experience. The restaurant did refund the cost of my steak and offered our daughter a free dessert, but it was not the enjoyable evening we had hoped for as a special treat for her.

In my mind, I think we should have been told this prior to buying drinks and sitting down, as we would more than likely gone elsewhere . Me, being slightly a plain eater, had only the fish and chips to chose from which if I didnt like fish would have been nothing
