When I arrived with my group of eight, we were turned away because the restaurant was unprepared for us. There was no explanation given; they acknowledged the booking but refused to honor it without providing any reason. Being the busiest night of the year during the holiday season, we were left to search for another restaurant, but, unsurprisingly, there were none available. It was incredibly disappointing.
