What User doesn't like about Maaya:
a booking by open table, a month in advance. When I arrived with my group of eight, we were turned away because they were not prepared for us. no explanation, they realized a booking was made, but they did not want to honor them without giving reason. the busiest night of the year in the tour to christmas and we were left to find an available restaurant, but of course there was not one. very disappointing. I made a reservation through OpenTable a month in advance. When I arrived with my group of eight, we were turned away because the restaurant was unprepared for us. There was no explanation given; they acknowledged the booking but refused to honor it without providing any reason. Being the busiest night of the year during the holiday season, we were left to search for another restaurant, but, unsurprisingly, there were none available. It was incredibly disappointing.
