About a year ago, I emailed the company about constantly upcharging every customer with a large drink without their consent. I never received a reply. For a large family, we thought we were paying a certain price on our meals, but we were being charged extra every time for a large drink when we didn't even need a large drink. I finally caught on when the numbers weren't adding up. They made adjustments after my complaint and started asking customers if a medium drink is good. I can deal with that. Ask me before charging me extra. Now, they are back to charging for a large again without asking the customer. I really can't support a company that will be so sneaky to loyal customers. The first time, I sent a private email. Now, the public needs to know.
Nova Joe's is a drive through restaurant only. My wife and have had their flavored coffee drinks a few times while visiting the area. All the drinks we've tried have tasted very good. However, I was a bit disappointed in the espresso shake I had because it wasn't as thick as I expected a shake to be. We'll go back again.
I FREQUENT NOVA JOES AT LEAST 4x A WEEK ABD UP UNTIL A FEE DAYS AGO I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A MUCH HIGHER RATING. THE NUMBER ONE REASON I GO THERE LIKE MOST PPL I KNOW IS THE EXPRESSO SHAKE AND THEIR BACON EGG AND CHEESE IS ON POINT. UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE CHANGED THE SHAKE RECIPE. IT SEEMS TO HAVE VERY LITTLE ESPRESSO AND LESS FLAVOR. OF COURSE THEY DIDNT MENTION THAT WHEN ORDERING KNOWING I AM A REGULAR. TGE NEW RECIPE SEEMS TO CUT CORNERS TO CUT BACK ON COST. THE POTATOS ARE VERY HIT AND MISS. THEY ARE USUALLY UNDERCOOKED. THE STAFF NEED PUMPED UP BC THEY USED TO BE MUCH HAPPIER. ONE LITTLE GIRL IN THE MORNINGS IS ALWAYS HAPPY AND THE ONLY ONE THAT KNOWS ME BY NAME AFTER MONTHS OF GOING OFTEN. THE CHICKEN IS GOOD, HOWEVER ITS GENERAL KNOWLEDGE YOU WILL NEED TO BE CLOSE TO A BATHROOM. NOT SURE ITS THE OIL THEY USE OR WHAT. OVER ALL IMO THEY MESSED UP A GREAT SHAKE. I DOUBT I GO BACK BC OF THE CHANGE OF SHAKE RECIPE. I WILL GO BACK TO MCDONALDS FRAPPES.
My Boi ambrose took my order and he was immaculate, 100/10 customer service and my coffee was AMAZINGKid-friendliness: Amazing
If you like fast coffee that tastes like 7Brew, this is your spot. If you’re looking for a quality, well roasted espresso beverage that isn’t insanely sweet- I politely say, Nova Joes just isn’t your spot.
