It's surprising that it's not busier—Batesville doesn't realize what a great spot they have here. I usually avoid KFC locations in Little Rock, but this one is different.

Employees are yelling at customers, and there are two staff members who seem like a married couple arguing in the back. I saw a guy smoking a cigarette back there, and one employee even quit and walked out. About a dozen people have been waiting for their orders for over an hour. The woman at the front is trying to discourage people from ordering because the kitchen is so backed up. They keep blaming the delay on being understaffed, but there are around eight employees working—it's a full staff.

When I finally reached the speaker to order, the employee told me my food would take a while—while I was still placing my order! What’s going on? The second staff member was friendlier, but sadly, my meal was overpriced and not worth it.

The drive-thru service was surprisingly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. I can't really rate the atmosphere, but visually, it seems like it would warrant a 2 out of 5.

Once I entered the bathroom, I was shocked by how dirty it was; it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, when I reached for the toilet paper, I found someone’s used tampon lodged in the dispenser, which even ended up flying across my legs! I was extremely upset, especially considering the potential germs I might have been exposed to while pregnant. This place is remarkably unclean, and it's concerning to think that if the restroom is in such poor condition, the rest of the establishment must be just as bad. The table we were seated at was dirty, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I cannot recommend this restaurant at all.
