Wendy's Bass Hill - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Wendy's Bass Hill:
Absolutely disgusting, today I ordered a lactose free iced latte from there, after consuming the product the rest of the day I have been sick for refrence I'm extremely lactose intolerant and that was the only thing I had consumed that wasn't made at home. Will not be purchasing ever again and let this serve as a warning to anyone else with allergies. Will be taking this up with fair trading! View all feedback. What User likes about Wendy's Bass Hill:
I was made by bill (I think this is his name), his service was beyond comparable! He comforted me by letting me know that it might wait a little because they were busy, but he still went beyond and beyond to get me one of the best chocolate milk shakes I've ever had. I was in a hurry today and had to go somewhere and bill definitely made this a simple one-and-out, not to mention the taste of the milkshake. View all feedback.
