I won't be returning as the food was tasteless and it felt like a waste of money.

We've used Ricefields for years and they have always been tasty and reasonably priced... read more I don't like leaving negative reviews but sadly my last order was aweful. We've used Ricefields for years and they have always been tasty and reasonably priced for what you got, however this order had gone up in price... which I understand but then the portions have reduced and I suspect you have to pay an extra pound to get the old portion sizes which are large.. everything was tasteless and they gave us the wrong spare ribs and no bbq gravy for a second time! Sadly we won't be using them in the future felt extremely ripped off and dissappointed at how it's changed. I suspect that people will sadly be avoiding this Chinese for the same reasons. Advice to owners would be don't charge more then give less your customers are not idiots and doing this will cost you business further down the line. I'm happy to pay more for the same item if it's the same size.
