However, 1 hour and 20 minutes later, I had to call and ask for an u... read more I placed an order for home delivery at 5:55 PM and was told it would take about 45 minutes. However, 1 hour and 20 minutes later, I had to call and ask for an update. I was informed that the driver had just left. After waiting another 1 hour and 30 minutes and making a total of 43 calls, I finally got through. I expressed my frustration as two hungry children in the house had to be fed and their Chinese takeaway treat still hadn't arrived. The excuse given was that they were very busy, but I felt it was unacceptable to keep me waiting without any communication. This was the third time we had been disappointed by this restaurant and now we have decided to take our business elsewhere. The food itself was mediocre and arrived lukewarm. We will not be returning and I caution others to be wary of their service.
