Fair hotel. Good value for money for Switzerland standards. Personnel was very kind and breakfast was pretty good.

Unfortunately, during delivery the pizza occupation has slipped to a side. but did not break the taste!

Good location. Tram station just across the road.

Booked a room but couldn't get into the hotel. No staff after 5pm. No key code provided. Phone numbers that didn't work. Even the provided emergency number didn't work. Never experienced such a thing before.
