Shop around the market hall for a good selection of vegan meals. There are some really cool spaces in here. I are an Indian curry followed by an amazing hot chocolate. View all feedback.
I had a plate of Nepalese Momo dumplings and mixed plate of Ethiopian vegan foods. It's delicious.
There are different restaurants that you can choose and many offer vegan options. It is also perfect to go there with people who like to eat meat or not the same kind of food as you. The different restaurants have food from all over the world. The atmosphere is quite chilled, but its somewhat loud and loud, because the hall is quite large. So I wouldn't be happy to go to a romantic dinner or something. Updated by previous review on 2021-12-29
You can find vegan options in almost any restaurant. I tried the mixing plate from the Persuan Gulf (only without yogurt sauce) and the Masala dosa (a gluten-free Indian crepe with a Lentil Dahl Cocochutney), both of which were incredibly tasteful!
I was here a few times, today I had a Caribbean vegan curry in the Caribbean house, which really cool with a mango salad with it as well as sweet potatoes in the curry, so delicious! I also love the baked goods from Cool Bean, many of which are vegan like a whole grain vegan peak, a vegan Schoggi Täschli and a vegan Veta Täschli. They also have very good bread! Update a few weeks later: Persian golf has no vegan dish on the menu, but can make one for you and it is delicious! Just don't take the yoghurt sauce. Updated by previous review on 2021-09-17
There aren't many places where you can get such a diverse selection of vegan foods. They location in the large marked hall is very nice, too. So this is one of the top places in Basel for vegan food, if you can do without table service.
