Was Pete B at Hirscheneck a mag?
Not only did this place have the cheapest drinks but it was one of the coolest we came across in Basel. Food was great and the staff were amazing. Really nice, friendly atmosphere. View all feedback.

I was honestly a little disappointed in the expectations that I had of the reviews, but then again I probably did not have the court I would have liked best! the tofubällchen were good, but the wild rice and veggies were in order, although nothing special at all. I would recommend the place for vegetarian and vegan to visit basel, but maybe it would not be my first stop at the next visit. View all feedback.
Die Karte ist sehr kurz gehalten, es gibt jeweils ein fleischmenü. Das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet, insbesondere der gemischte Salat ist gross und reichhaltig sowie abwechslungsreich! Der hausgemachte Eistee ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Alles sehr günstig. Reservieren empfiehlt sich für Aussensitzplätze im Sommer!
Das Restaurant Hirscheneck, umgangssprachlauch auch "Hirschi" genannt, ist ein sehr gemütliches und unkompliziertes Lokal. Essen und Bedienung sind super und auch die Preise sind absolut fair. Immer wieder gerne.
Kulinarische Höhenflüge darf man sich nicht erwarten. Besonders geschultes Service ebenfalls nicht. Aber das Hirscheneck hat durchaus Charme. Und gute Biere und Schnäpse!
