Just do not put gluten-free options on the menu if you cannot make absolutely sure that it is gluten-free. This is not a joke or a special diet I learned on facebook this is serious, YOU are a serious health threat for people with gluten sensitivity. The box was marked with the letter G to indicate that it’s gluten free but it’s not. Food: 1 Service: 1

In the last order, all sauces, including those that were paid for separately, as well as standard and extra side dishes were missing from the burgers. There was no response to a (very politely worded) complaint via email and a (very politely worded) query the next day as to whether it had been received, even after several days. Uh weak. Also, she is pregnant a... read more Ordered la Manufacture for my friend and me. She is vegetarian but received a burger with meat despite the box being labeled as ‚vegan‘. Also, she is pregnant and accidentally ate a few bites of the meat, which was medium done. This is unacceptable. And it is not the first time they don‘t check properly for vegetarian options, happened to me already twice before that. You should probably stop offering the option to change the dishes…. Update: the replacement that they brought was wrong again! Veggie patty was inside but half of the other components missing.
