When I didn't care for my salad, the waitress not... read more I've been here a few times with my family. The service is excellent, and the waitstaff is extremely attentive. When I didn't care for my salad, the waitress not only noticed, but offered both an alternative and gave a full refund! I just happened to have ordered wrong, this was on me. They're great with kids as well. In addition their take away pizza is only CHF 10! This is truly the best deal in Basel!!!
