I may not be a birria expert, but I can confidently say that this place is incredible! If you want to truly enjoy the Jay's Red Tacos Hyper Combo, you absolutely must get the consomé. It's like giving your Pokémeal a Rare Candy—total game changer! Whether you prefer beef or goat, you can't go wrong with either option. Both are juicy, tender, and bursting with distinct flavors from their respective meats. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped guide me, a novice, through their extensive menu. I highly recommend trying the monstrous birria pizza—it's a huge challenge that’s best tackled with friends, or go solo if you dare! I wouldn't recommend ordering the nachos; they were really soggy. I'll probably choose something different next time.
I tried the crunchy dorado beef taco – a solid 10! The crunchy dorado goat taco was also good, but since I’ve never had goat before, the flavor didn't quite resonate with me. The soft taco combo was a perfect 10! I also ordered a small consomé for $20, which was so delicious that I ended up drinking it straight from the cup! The watermelon agua fresca and horchata were both fantastic as well, each priced at $7. The customer service was top-notch; everyone greeted us as soon as we walked in. Our food arrived in just 10 minutes. There’s a self-serve station with cilantro, limes, and onions if you want extra toppings. The restaurant was clean, and while the parking lot is small, I had no trouble getting in and out. I highly recommend this place!

3 Queso Tacos, Cosumé, GuacQueso Tacos: 8/10Cosumé: 3/10Guac: 8/10Overall: 8/10 Amazing service The tacos are big portions I can usually finish 3 tacos I could only finish 1 1/2 lol The consumé didn't really add any flavor to the tacos it could use more meat or onions They were VERY generous with the Guac The salsa on the side was very good and added that extra flavor for the taco The Dining area is great and this is a very good place to chill, eat and get work done
