When I informed t... read more I visited this restaurant and ordered an Asiago Ranch Club sandwich without bacon. Unfortunately, I received a plain chicken sandwich instead. When I informed them of the mistake, they simply gave me the bacon separately in a burger wrapper and instructed me to add it myself. While I understand the reasoning behind this, it was still a disappointing experience.

Everything I have ever eaten here has been bad and the dining experience is unpleasant. After tonight, I have decided I will never eat at this place again. My entire order was cold and tasted old, the nuggets were tough and chewy, and there were mistakes in my order. None of my family members enjoyed their meals either, so it was a waste of money. Do not consider eating here. You will regret it.

Every dish I have tried here has been flawed and the dining experience is unpleasant. Tonight was the final straw for me, I will never return to this restaurant again. My entire order was cold, the flavors were stale, the nuggets were tough and difficult to chew, and there were errors in the dishes. None of my family members could finish their meals, so it was a complete waste of money. Do not even consider dining here, you will only end up regretting it.

When I expressed my concern about three other orders also being missing, a young employee rudely told me it was not their problem. When I called out the employee for being rude, they began hurling racist insults at me based on my skin color. The employee even threatened to physically confront me. This Wendy's does not ensure the safety of DoorDash orders, as they cannot guarantee that someone else won't take your food. If you question the situation, you may be met with threats.

I don't think I'll be returning, and I may have to reconsider my idea that it's a cheap and easy option. Paying $11.70 for a burger, fries, and medium-sized iced tea is just too much. I think I'll start making my own meals from now on because there's a limit to how much I'm willing to pay for lunch, and over $10 is definitely past that point. This inflation is making me rethink where I spend my money.
