The manager charged my daughter for donuts she didn't order. When she inquired about the charge, the staff laughed at her and questioned what her issue was. When my daughter asked them to be more polite, the manager responded with "F off." Quite an unprofessional establishment.
I've never experienced a coffee shop or restaurant where the manager yells at a customer for pointing out a wrong order. While he was shouting at me, he was also yelling at another customer trying to use the kiosk. On the bright side, the food and drinks are good, and the ambiance is pleasant.
The staff here doesn't pay attention, and they can be quite rude. They often mess up orders and don't open on time. This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever encountered. When you raise a complaint with corporate, and the local management reaches out, their response is simply, "What do you want me to do about it?" I've had multiple disappointing experiences here—it's truly awful!
Great people who remember the regulars. Thank you for taking care of my grandmother and our big golden retriever Loki every morning!
