They make you do all the ordering work, and it gets complicated due to some people being slow or not good with the ordering systems!!
There is manager there named Leon who is the most miserable person on the face of the Earth! Seriously this guy needs to go!!!Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5 ¦ Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Quite literally the most rude, disrespectful, insulting staff. Waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks and started quietly complaining before a customer who has only been waiting 10 minutes starts yelling at us that there’s only 3 workers on. Let’s be honest, patients only get you so far, especially 30 minutes for drinks. The worker chimes in and starts yelling at us that they will make us wait longer, that she SPIT IN OUR DRINKS, and that she was going to fight us. Let’s also include that fact she was cussing at us and no communication was said before all this went down like “sorry for the wait” or “it will be a few minutes.” So unless you are willing to wait this long, don’t go here or you will be yelled and cussed at.
