Description
Under new ownership, this restaurant has seen a notable decline in food quality and service. Diners report cold, overcooked dishes and missing hot covers that once kept meals fresh. Service issues include long waits for corrected orders and inconsistency in billing, such as undisclosed fees for extra sauces. Additionally, hygiene concerns have arisen, with incidents like receiving incorrect orders and foreign objects in food. We dined at this restaurant last night and unfortunately, it will be our last visit. The chicken fingers and crab Rangoon were overcooked and the rice was cold. The food was also a bit too hot when it was served. We noticed that the covers that used to keep the dishes hot were missing. While we were there, we observed the waitstaff bringing back uneaten food into the kitchen and removing it from the bill. We have spoken to many of our friends who no longer dine at this restaurant, and we will not be returning either. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience here. When the restaurant opened under new ownership, our food was undercooked and we had to wait 10 minutes for it to be returned to us by the waitress.
Since the restaurant has new owners, I decided to try their takeout. However, when I got home, I discovered that they had given me the wrong chicken dish and there was a hair in my fried rice.
We went there last night and it will be the last. Chicken fingers and crabs were cold over cooked rice. It was a little hot when it came out. What happens to the covers that came out earlier on the plates. It used to be hot. While we sat there, we don't bring the waitress to eat and take her out of the bill. We talked to a lot of our friends and they don't go there anymore and now we won't be. This was not our first bad meal when you open among new owners we went eating not cooked enough waiters brought it back, it took 10 minutes to get it back.
Recently had a 55th birthday party here for my husband...12 people. Noticed I had a $9 charge for extra dipping sauces on my bill. Spoke to the waitress about this, she said the restaurant is under new ownership and the owner tells them to charge extra for each additional requested dipping sauce. I asked the waitress if this was displayed on the menu, she replied no . I plead my case. It will be awhile before we go back there.
We dined at this restaurant last night, and unfortunately, it will be the last time. The chicken fingers and crabs were served cold overcooked rice. The food was lukewarm when it arrived at our table. The covers that were served earlier on the plates used to be hot. While we were there, we had to flag down the waitress to bring our food and remove it from the bill. After speaking with friends, we found out that they no longer dine at this establishment, and we will follow suit. This was not the first disappointing meal we have had here since the new owners took over. In the past, we had meals that were not cooked properly, and when we asked for them to be fixed, it took 10 minutes to receive them back.
