After a few more minutes, my pizza was finally handed to me. Concerned there was something wrong, I inspected it. While it looked okay at first glance, albeit overcooked, it turned out to be a significant disappointment once we tried to eat it. The onions were raw, which explained why the pizza went back into the oven—they had forgotten to add them initially. The pizza wasn't just a little overdone; it was burnt. The crust was so hard it was inedible, and somehow the center was undercooked and mushy. Overall, it was a terrible pizza. I have eatten Pizza from some of the highest ranked places in the world and this pizza is right up there with them. I don't recommend any other Pizza Nova. The difference between this location and all the others that i have tried is the owner takes pride in his pizza. The perfect amount sauce and the right amount of toppings with just the right thickness of crust. Thin crust that still has enough crispness to keep the slice from falling apart .
