What is happening with this world? We literally waited 15mins to get through the drive through with only one car ahead of us only to be told we needed to go park when we paid “$57” for 3 ppl to eat, $57!!!! Then needed to wait an additional 12 mins for our food to be brought out to us so nearly a half hour waiting, almost $60 for fast food, to get home and have raw French fries!!! Un-freaking-believable!DO BETTER MCDONALDS, such a horrible experience and this isn’t the first time this has happened to us. Doubt I will ever return to spend this kind of money at this location.
I went through the drive through yesterday. I had a small order chicken wrap and a happy meal. They told me to wait in the parking lot for my order.The parking lot has already had four cars waiting . It is very narrow to park since they have vertical and horizontal parkings facing each other.There was this employee who brings the food outside. She was very rude and clearly was not enjoying taking the food to the cars.I waited approximately 30 minutes for my order. At times, they were handing orders to ppl that came after me. It was a total mess.When this employee brought the food to me ,I voiced out my complaint about the wait time and why all these ppl have to wait stupidly for long time when they had elected Drive Through as a choice, she said they she could have giving me my refund....was it a refund and I keep the food for my inconvenience????The Worst McDonald's ever.RUN....RUN....Do Not Go There.....
I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that makes customers wait in the pick up area for their drive through order. The staff openly tell you they do this to improve their score from head office. There can be 4-5 cars waiting in the pick up area for their drive through order to be brought out to them. How wrong is this? The other day I went through and ordered a medium coffee and I was told my order wasn’t ready and I had to go wait in the pick up area. I refused to leave the window area until my coffee was handed to me through the drive through window.
Don't go here. They will forget parts of your order and refuse to answer the phone when you call them answer. On the few times I have got them on the phone after they shrug and say they can't refund missing items. There is a much nicer McDonald's at park place
My most recent experience was a good one. The person behind the counter was a real go getter a young man who took my order like he owned it . If he 's not already a manager, he should be. Hope that is a sign of things to come. Many establishments like this seem to have a problem with indifferent service. Time to change the culture !Parking: If their own lot ever gets full the adjacent Sobeys/Shoppers lot is huge.
