An employee named Jithin was particularly helpful and made us feel very comfortable while taking our order. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I hope to see more from you all in the future!

Instead of garlic... read more I ordered from Uber Eats and paid $33 for one Chicken on the Rocks. Unfortunately, the dish had barely any garlic sauce and was extremely dry. Instead of garlic sauce, they used hot sauce as the main flavoring, which was disappointing. The portion of meat was shockingly small compared to other locations, and on top of that, the meat tasted old. Overall, it was just bad and dry!

However, when I got home, my shawarma was completely m... read more I ordered food for three people from Osmow's Shawarma and paid extra for both garlic sauce and hot sauce. However, when I got home, my shawarma was completely missing the sauces I had paid for. I called the restaurant hoping they would fix the mistake and add the sauces to my order, but that didn’t happen. I spoke with three different employees, each repeatedly asking me to repeat my order. After explaining the situation, one staff member said the person who prepared my food thought they had included the sauces. I even offered to come back to the restaurant to have the sauces added myself, but they responded rudely and refused to provide the items I had already paid for. This felt very unfair, especially since my proposed solution was ignored without reason. Their disrespectful treatment of me as a customer was completely unnecessary. It’s clear I won’t be returning to Osmow's Shawarma. I recommend future customers double-check their orders and the menu carefully before leaving. I’ve attached pictures of my meal, which ended up completely dry.

Falafel was moist, tasty with perfect amount of sauces. If you tried osmow’s barton location and disappointed like me then you must give this a try. Kudos to the team.
