Osmow's Shawarma - Barrie

I ate an order on Uber. Pays $33 for a chicken on the rock. The food almost had no garlic sauce on it. It was very dry. You put hot sauce as a main sauce. The part of the flesh was so less than other places. In addition, the meat was very old. It tastes just bad and dry!!!!

Had a really good experience, I really liked to eat and also treat their kind of customers. a coworker named jithin made us very well on order. overall I had a really good experience. I hope to see more of them.

We have ordered many paintings from this place and they have never disappointed us with our eating. the rice is always perfectly cooked, as well as the meat.

Placed an order for 3 people, we paid for extra sauce both garlic and hot sauce. However come home and see the order, the Shawarma completely lacked any of the sauces I paid extra. I called the store to inform them about it and hoped they would take the order and add the sauces. That wasn't the case, I talked to 3 people on the phone, all who asked me the same question repeatedly what my order was. After the answer I was told by a worker that the person who prepares my food believes that they added things. I even offered to come to the store and add the sauce. They began to speak very rude and said they will not add the items I have already paid extra. This is very unfair, as I paid extra for the items, and I myself offered a solution that was rejected for an unknown reason. There was no reason to speak to a customer without respect. It's safe to say that I don't return. I advise all future customers to check their orders before they go. Below I have pictures of my meal, which is completely dry.

Oz box beef on the rocks with greek salad is my go to order. Osmow's never fails. They are so consistent with the serving and the taste. Keep it up!
