came here to have a hu tieu, this place does a great traditional hu tieu! tasting broth and lots of flesh with him, the bangs are hard to find in these days. all that is missing is the Quail egg. The tee is incredibly delicious as it brews with pandan leaves. every meal also comes with a bowl of fresh chili! View all feedback.
What Vincenzo Dicki doesn't like about Thanh Van:
the undersigned court clear rice soup with combination meat. dish came with a garnel, various types of meat and sections. broth was tasty and I added to beef, lemon and fresh chili. there was also a canton cracker with dried garnels, which was a good addition. service was fast and friendly (even if I don't speak their language). I stand for the ever consistent dish of clear glass noodles stirred with a yummy flavoured sauce and seafood. It uplifts, it is tasty and it looks good. A staple for me for many years whenever I visit this place! The prawns, fish and other ingredients are fresh. Service is quick.
For a Vietnamese restaurant specializing in Hu Furnu (Clear Rice Noodle), there is absolutely nothing special about the court compared to other restaurants that have not specialized in. Your signature combination Clear Noodle soup (forgot, forgot photo) is very average, the pasta were cooked over, but the soup was nice and tasteful, just a tiny bite salty for me. Their dry version of the seafood clear noodle was below the average. Noodles were cooked again, so it was tasted very muddy and it came with a sauce at the top, which differed from other Hu Furnu I tasted. I do not like it. Gety dried egg noodles were also below the average. Won tons were tiny and did not have much fillings. The service is friendly. Grief A total of ????
