I am quite disappointed with the management at this restaurant, particularly a manager in training named Carrie. Recently, she treated a friend's mother very poorly by yelling at her simply because she requested a large coffee and was given a medium instead. While mistakes happen, there's no excuse for yelling at customers, which reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I've also experienced unprofessional treatment from other staff members on different occasions. The restaurant should seriously evaluate their hiring practices, as it's unacceptable to mistreat customers in this way.
I received an excellent service at this location. They greet you with a smile, food are always fresh, they say thank you. The location is so clean and organize. I can only say good things about this location. The cashier was gave me an excellent service.
