liquid earth has something for everyone on the vegan to vegetarian spectrum including raw options. the place has a cool atmosphere, definitiw a kind of peace and love art of atmosphere. the food I had was good and seemed homemade. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Liquid Earth:
The menu is a simple cafe one, and I went open minded. My preferences, for background, are food that is less processed, more whole, and low in SOS. Despite this, I was rather underwhelmed. My daughter the tofu lover didn't want the tofu, and when I tried it I could see why. It wasn't actually marinated only baked and apparently unseasoned. Liquid Earth is my favorite restaurant on Earth. I've lived in NYC traveled throughout America, Europe Australia yet no restaurant I've been to can touch Liquid Earth. Fresh food prepped by the owners at their open kitchen right near the tables. The most laid back atmosphere with the realest people working. Their current staff is the husband and wife owners who prep the food and their sons. A real family place with exquisite vegetarian food. Delicious juices. INSANELY good cookies! Hearty soups. Unique sandwiches. I was vegan when I first started going. Now I'm back to eating meat. And yet Liquid Earth is STILL my favorite restaurant on Earth. If you're within 50 miles of Baltimore (that includes you, Washingtonians), you must get to Liquid Earth for lunch or dinner. Liquid Earth is solid gold!
Their veg BBQ sandwich is amazing! It has such a good texture and flavor, it might make you double check that it is indeed vegetarian. I've only been a vegetarian for 7 ish years (so I feel like I've got a good reference for BBQ), and BBQ is one of the very few things I miss but Liquid Earth's sandwich is by far the best veg version I've had!
I sat outside with my girlfriend! We split the, 'Philly Cheezfake '. Superb I do recommend doing the green SMOOTHIE versus the JUICE, if they can. We were so full! Waitstaff on point! Will return.
Cozy and friendly place with healthy and fresh food options. Really liked the raw pizza. We've been working on the road so it felt great to get something so fresh and nutritious, especially when it's so hot out. Just what I was needing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
