You can count on receiving unprofessional and impatient service from her, complete with a frown—there's never a good day when she's working. She's perpetually grouchy and unfriendly, lacking any people skills. This has been my experience as well as that of my coworkers who regularly visit the KFC at 7112 Liberty Rd.

His name is... read more This young lady right here truly made my year. Their kindness brought me to tears on my way home. I can't believe that people like them still exist. His name is Tray, and hers is Shabria. Their customer service skills and tone of voice were so pleasant and understanding—absolutely exceptional. I've been visiting this KFC for over 30 years, and I feel fortunate to know that genuine care still exists there, along with a commitment to pleasing their customers. They deserve promotions, raises, bonuses, and recognition for their outstanding service.

Additionally, the girl who brought the food to my car... read more The staff was not very pleasant, and there were no public restrooms available after I spent $30 on a meal. Additionally, the girl who brought the food to my car took down her mask and made comments about what I was eating. Overall, I was quite disappointed.
