His name is Tray, and hers is Shabria. Their customer service skills and tone of voice were so pleasant and understanding—absolutely exceptional. I've been visiting this KFC for over 30 years, and I feel fortunate to know that genuine care still exists there, along with a commitment to pleasing their customers. They deserve promotions, raises, bonuses, and recognition for their outstanding service.
